- Joe Hackett - "Wait, wait. You just met him and you're going out with him?"
Helen Chapel - "Yeah, I decided to waive the customary 90-day waiting period."
- Lowell Mather - "Well, I still haven't chosen a nickname, Roy, but I've narrowed it down to the final three. Tell me what you think: "Turbo", "El Conquistador de Amore", and "Jerry"."
Roy Biggins - "How about just plain "Idiot"?"
Lowell Mather - "Oh, that's a big help. Half the guys I know are idiots."
- Fay Cochran - Well, I've never like the sensitive type. I've always liked my men to be men, rugged, and with the spirit of the old west. I like big barrel-chest men who laugh in the face of danger."
Brian Hackett - "Fay, you just described a rodeo clown."
Fay Cochran - "Yes, I know."
- Joe Hackett - "If you want to come with me, you have to understand this is just talking; no plans, no lies, just honest, adult conversation."
Brian Hackett - "All right. Honesty? To think it's come to this."
